One Account Per Individual Policy

BMW77 only permits one (1) active account per individual, IP address, device, mailing address, or household. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the immediate freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds and winnings therein without any compensation.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the bmw77 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance in the closed account (after deducting any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 5 business days.
